It all started with a birthday gift of a backyard smoker.

A few years later, the first smoked salmon came out of our humble smokehouse.

A few months after that, our schmeared bagels sold out in just two hours at our first ever pop-up event. We knew then we were onto something good.

We're passionate about appetizing, and the traditions of curing and smoking fish
to share with our family and loved ones.
